Raldon started as a private exercise in accountability. The founding editor — a Jakarta-based writer with a background in sports nutrition — began logging his morning habits in 2020: wake times, hydration sequences, food intake, movement sessions. Not for an audience. For consistency.
By the end of the first quarter, the log had grown into something more structured. Patterns had emerged. The data — informal as it was — suggested that small daily decisions compounded meaningfully over weeks. The journal was formalised in late 2020 as a shared resource for men navigating similar questions about energy, body composition, and sustainable daily structure.
Four years on, Raldon covers seven practice pillars and publishes up to 12 pieces per month. The editorial standard has not changed: every piece begins with a documented observation, not a product recommendation.
